 The G & G brand was born in 1992 by founder Glenn Hottmann under the name G & G Enterprises. Since 1992, Glenn has established a proven track record in the masonry industry for quality, on time or ahead of schedule completions, safety and superior customer service. G & G Enterprises has received numerous Excellence in Masonry Awards from the Arizona Masonry Council for its top-quality projects. 

In 2004, Glenn’s daughter, Melonie Leslie joined the G & G Enterprises team. Since then, she established her own excellent reputation and track record in the industry. In 2015, Melonie's husband, Brian, joined the team. And, in 2018 they formed G & G Masonry LLC to continue the G & G brand legacy. We kept all the same team members and continue to provide the same excellent service to all the same clients and more. 

Melonie is President of G & G Masonry. She oversees the entire company and in particular safety and quality control. She holds a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.  Melonie has been very active in giving back to the masonry industry locally and nationally. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Masonry Council (AMC) and is active in workforce development programs as well as legislative work for the AMC. In addition, she is on the Board of Directors as Region G Vice President for the Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and is Legislative Committee Co-Chair for the MCAA.

Brian is Vice President and oversees all of G & G Masonry's equipment and logistics operations. Brian holds a Master in Business Administration from Arizona State University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business Administration Management and Human Resource Management from Winona State University.  Brian is also active in our masonry industry associations and legislative efforts.

Melonie and Brian have always believed in the value of relationships, respect, giving back and doing the right thing. We appreciate and value when we can come together with our clients and be partners in completing construction projects.
